About T12 Technologies

T12 Technologies is building a high-caliber pipeline of engineering and technical professionals for an upcoming large-scale program. These roles are contingent upon contract award and involve supporting mission-critical operations, engineering oversight, system administration, and executive-level documentation.

We invite skilled candidates to join our talent pool for the following positions:

1. PeopleSoft HCM Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM version 9.1+ modules, including Absence Management and Time & Labor.

  • Establish absence frameworks, calendars, entitlements, and time administration rules.

  • Define workgroups/task groups and ensure compliance with business process requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management.

  • 4 years of systems analysis and programming experience in PeopleSoft applications.

2. Digital Document Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop executive-level communication materials and board-ready presentations.

  • Create digital/print assets including text, graphics, illustrations, and multimedia.

  • Produce electronic publications, intranet pages, display banners, and navigation aids.

  • Provide proofs in virtual and mechanical postscript formats.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management.

  • 5 years of experience in cross-platform digital publication, design, vector/raster imaging, or web publication production.

3. Senior Specification Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze design specification submittals for conformance with WMATA standards and construction specifications.

  • Identify and resolve deficiencies in specifications and drawings.

  • Coordinate with WMATA offices to ensure compliance with procurement regulations and contract clauses.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 6 years of experience in contract/standards specification development and review.

4. Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform systems analysis, design, implementation, and technical support.

  • Manage database updates including schedule databases and vehicle/operator rosters.

  • Produce operating schedules and reports using specialized scheduling systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Transportation Planning, or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in database administration or transportation operations analysis, including schedule-building tools.

5. Office Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain job record files for assigned construction/engineering projects.

  • Support inspectors and contractor representatives with contract interpretation.

  • Prepare agendas and maintain minutes for progress-review meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an engineering-related field.

  • 5 years of experience in large-scale construction or project management programs.

All positions are contingent upon T12 Technologies being awarded the contract.

  • Final compensation, report-to location, and start dates will be communicated upon award.

  • HR will verify work eligibility during the post-award onboarding process.
