About the Program

T12 Technologies is seeking customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Service Group Talent Pipeline for an upcoming contract supporting transit operations, parking management, and customer engagement. These roles are contingent upon contract award and are ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to service excellence.

Open Pipeline Positions

1. Parking Operations Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate physical inventory of bicycles and parking facilities.

  • Prepare routine reports on pedestrian and bicycle access programs.

  • Respond to customer calls to the parking operations control center, providing quality service and documenting transactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Entry-level; one (1) year of experience in bicycle or parking operations preferred.

2. Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and agency phone calls and emails within established timelines.

  • Investigate, resolve, and close customer complaints within 5 business days.

  • Provide accessibility and MetroAccess information, policies, and procedural guidance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Entry-level; one (1) year of customer service experience required.

3. Data Entry Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update databases with accurate customer and account information.

  • Ensure timely entry and integrity of all records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Entry-level; one (1) year of customer service or data entry experience preferred.

4. Document Scanning Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Scan and index sensitive HR and personnel records in accordance with quality standards.

  • Maintain secure file storage, retrieval, and logging through automated systems.

  • Coordinate transfers and retrievals from off-site records storage.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Entry-level; one (1) year of experience in a high-volume records, scanning, or document control environment preferred.

5. ID Card Program Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve documentation for the issuance of employee and contractor ID cards.

  • Advise personnel on ID/badge policies and manage payments for replacements.

  • Reconcile funds and prepare deposits in compliance with program procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Entry-level; one (1) year of experience in an ID card or customer-facing office.

6. Mail Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Perform mailroom and messenger duties, including pickup, sorting, processing, and delivery.

  • Operate electronic postage metering equipment and maintain daily records.

  • Support internal departments with document and package distribution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Entry-level; one (1) year of experience in mailroom or office services.

General Notes

  • All positions are contingent upon T12 Technologies being awarded the contract.

  • Final work locations, schedules, and compensation will be determined upon award.

  • HR will verify work eligibility during the onboarding process.
