Internship Overview
T12 Technologies is seeking a Paid Executive Assistant Intern to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with administrative, operational, and business support activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to executive-level operations, project coordination, and organizational management in a fast-paced professional services environment.
This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in executive support, business administration, human resources operations, or management.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:
Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and appointment tracking.  Draft and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.  Maintain electronic files, records, and documentation.  Support travel coordination and expense tracking as needed.  Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Operational & Business Support: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders as directed.  Assist with basic project tracking and follow-up on action items.  Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding coordination.  Support business development and operational tasks as assigned.  Participate in virtual meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in:
 
  • Business Administration 
  • Communications
  • Human Resources
  • Management
  • Or a related field
Experience

  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred but not required
  • Internship, campus leadership, or volunteer experience accepted in lieu of formal work experience
Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Learning Outcomes
Through this paid internship, the Executive Assistant Intern will:

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
