T12 Technologies is seeking a Paid Executive Assistant Intern to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with administrative, operational, and business support activities. Executive & Administrative Support: Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and appointment tracking. Draft and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain electronic files, records, and documentation. Support travel coordination and expense tracking as needed. Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding coordination. Support business development and operational tasks as assigned. Participate in virtual meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups

- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred but not required

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
