Overview:

T12 Technologies is seeking a Logistician to support logistics, supply chain, and equipment operations for an overseas training deployment. The Logistician will manage inbound/outbound materials, inventory, consumables, shipping, receiving, and daily equipment readiness to support instructional operations. This role requires strong coordination, adaptability, and documentation discipline in high-tempo field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely inventory replenishment.  Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and generate stock levels and usage reports.  Maintain accurate inventory records using advanced inventory management systems.  Assist in the development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures.

Shipping, Receiving & Supply Distribution: Oversee and ensure timely, accurate shipment of goods, including scheduling, documentation, and handling. Coordinate the arrival of supplies, equipment, and consumables to the deployment site.  Receive, inspect, and store supplies and equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.  Support load-in/load-out, storage, staging, and distribution during rotations. 

Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Interface with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders for procurement, replenishment, and inbound/outbound shipping.  Ensure supplies and materials are present at points of need during high-tempo training environments

 

Collaboration & Operational Support: Work closely with Teams members to ensure equipment and materials support the delivery of training.  Support daily operational rhythm (equipment issue, reset, staging, breakdown, repackaging, etc.)

Safety, Compliance & Field Support: Support PPE and safety controls for materials handling.  Enforce accountability and documentation for regulated materials when applicable.  Support compliance with local and U.S. export/import requirements (if applicable)

Qualifications:

·       U.S. Citizen
·       Valid passport and ability to deploy internationally for the full period
·       Prior logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or field support experience (2+ years)
·       Experience supporting field operations, training environments, military logistics, supply distribution, or similar roles
·       Strong documentation and accountability discipline

Skills and Abilities:

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining inventory accuracy, shipping details, and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to interact effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and resilient in rapidly changing supply environments.
Preferred Skills:

  • OCONUS/overseas logistics experience
  • Prior Middle East deployment or contract support experience
  • Military logistics, supply, or air transport background
  • Experience supporting training, exercise, or field environments
General Deployment Requirements:

  • Ability to work in field conditions (heat, PPE, long days, high tempo)
  • Professional conduct, cultural awareness, and client-facing communication
  • Adaptability to changing conditions, timelines, and priorities
  • Ability to follow strict safety and accountability processes
  • Willingness to support the daily operational tempo for the duration of deployment
